Return & Cancellation
We PACK360™ do not accept returns or exchange the product you purchased unless is defective. If you received a defective product, please inform us at email@example.com or call us at 0141-241914 with the details of the product and the defect.
Upon examination of the defect we will inform you to resend the product (shipping charge excluded). After getting the returned product, we will notify you via email or call whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to have a replacement of refund we will ship the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
You can cancel your order anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 2-3 days for the cancellation to reflect in our system.
We will also notify you by the email for the cancellation of your order.
The refund will take 4-5 working days to get credit in your account.
